Flamenco moves at a different pace from the shows I usually shoot. Every guitar line, every palmas and every turn of the voice lands in a split second, and then it’s gone. Watching these women command the stage reminded me why I document live music: to capture the moment as raw as it is. That meant the tension before a song breaks, the looks shared between the four of them, and the crowd caught up in it with them.
Nights like this teach you to wait, to listen, and to press the shutter at exactly the right time.
